Welcome!

There are a lot of reasons you might be seeking therapy. Often we start therapy when something is feeling off in our relationships or some other aspect of our lives and we don’t know what to do about it. You might also have a strong sense that there is more to be experienced— more connection, love, meaning, satisfaction—and are needing support in figuring out how to make it grow.

Working towards more fully loving ourselves, our families, our communities, our vocations and our time on this planet is what I see therapy as all about. Even if you have experienced it before, beginning therapy can be a vulnerable thing. I work to provide a warm, compassionate, dynamic and attuned therapeutic space and strive to be informed by our constantly growing learning (and remembering) of human healing. Together using the intelligence of the body, therapeutic approaches grounded in relational learning, deep listening and an understanding of trauma responses, we will endeavor to find satisfying and lasting shifts.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with fifteen years experience in both community mental health (working largely with youth and families and complex trauma) and private practice (individuals, couples and families). I have also worked as a clinical supervisor and trainer for many years.
